Random Poop

• Somebody's bike got squished over by the University "Center" by a snow plow. We're not sure how long the bike had been there, but it was locked to a bike rack, safe from everything except maybe an NMU snowplow. Did that guy who drove the exxon have any kids who may have come to work for Northern?
  
  
• Except for that gray background, WUPX has finally got a pretty decent web site up. Go take a look, at http://longyear.acs.nmu.edu/~wupx/index2.html, and then email them and tell them to set the bgcolor to #ffffff or #ffff33.
  
  
• Went to watch Dogma at the campus cinema the other sunday... it looked a lot like James Bond. Was it just my big blue poster of "events for the semester" that was goofed? Which one of you switched by regular brand with the lite version??!?
  
  
• March came early for us. We figured that since we were behind a few weeks on the rest of the months that we'd catch up before Spring Brake.

• Does anyone else remember the underground navy sub communication project up in the U.P.? Am I just getting old?
  
  
• NMU recently hired a new alumni director... the big question... did he, or did he NOT graduate from Northern? Is it important for the alumni director to BE an alumni of NMU?
